Hi, Kara. I think it will be very difficult to me translating all the page into english; I dont have the time. Despite of that, I will try translating some recipes. Try the google translator meanwhile, it can be useful.
The book of Dr. Seignalet is not translated to english yet, but I hope it wont last much more.
Thanks for your comment.

Thank you for a very helpful introduction to this diet. (And very well written for such a very young lady!)

I have a few errors and spelling mistakes for you to correct and a few comments you might find useful when re-writing this section.

Cereals:

- Modern cereals are forbidden, as they are mutated because of agriculture selection. It is known that modern wheat has 21-23 cromosomes, whereas “ancestral” wheat had 7. This modification affects [remove: to] the protein structure...

correct spelling of intestin -- is 'intestine'
inofensive -- is 'inoffensive'

...because despite being sold as “ascestral” wheat, it has 22 cromosomes.

correction: "ancestral" (slip of the keyboard here, I think?)

...Many other foods contain wheat of other forbidden cereals, this is discovered reading the foods ingredients.

Corrected version: Many other foods also contain wheat or other forbidden cereals; carefully read the ingredients on the labels to be certain.

Flour from soya? I dont think so. Consider that the majority of soya products are now from genetically modified plants by Monsanto and are the vast mono-crops planted after the rape of the Amazionian Rain forest.

... This supresion doesn´t provoque a calcium deficiency,

Corrected: This supression doesn't provoke a calcium...

"foie-gras" is healthy? This is surprising to hear, when it is the product of enlarged diseased goose liver, by cutting the birds' beaks in half and then force-feeeding them down a funnel shoved down their throats? Foie-gras should be avoided on moral grounds and cruelty to creatures.

...As meat and eggs Correction: As for meat and eggs,

...that turn into toxines [toxins] once inside our body.

... Frying is not allowed (200ºC are reached, or more), neither oven-cooking (reachs even 280ºC).

Correction: Frying is not recommended if 200ºC or more is reached; nor is oven-cooking, which can even reach 280ºC.

Eat smoked foods with moderation because of the carcinogen effect over the stomach.

Correction: Eat smoked foods with moderation because of the carcinogenic effect in the stomach.

I hope you find this helpful.

I will look forwared to seeing this information updated.

Warmly,
Muz
